摘  要:预应力张弦修复起重机主梁下挠方法的本质,是利用钢绞线将钢结构主梁改造成为预应力钢结构主梁。其的优点是能够充分、反复地利用钢材弹性强度幅值,从而提高结构承载力。通过包钢轨梁厂修复后四年多的实践证明,该方法的应用很好的解决了桥式起重机主梁下挠的问题,为存在主梁下挠缺陷的桥式起重机的修旧利废、节约维修成本、恢复和增强起重机性能及保证安全生产等提供了技术保障。The essence of prestressed string method to repair bending of crane main bea is to use the steel strand to transform the steel structural girder into the prestressed string steel structural girder. It has advantages that the elastic strength amplitude of steel can be sufficiently and repeatedly utilized, thereby improving the bearing capacity of structure. Through more than four years practice after repair in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel, the application of this method is the good solution to solve the problem in bending of crane main bea, and provides technical support for repairing and recy-cling of bridge crane that exists girder bending defect, saving the cost of maintenance, restoring and enhancing crane per-formance and ensuring safety production.
