摘  要:建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定松花粉中赤霉素的含量。松花粉提取物经80%乙醇提取、正丁醇萃取后,采用BEHC_(18)色谱柱分离,乙腈和水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果表明,松花粉中赤霉素含量为0.075mg/g,在50 g/mL^250 g/mL的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994,n=3),平均回收率为92.2%(RSD%=1.5,n=3)。本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、稳定性好,为松花粉中赤霉素的含量测定提供了一种新的色谱技术方法。A method was established for determination Gibberellin in Massoniana Pollen by UPLC/Q-TOF/MS.Samples were extracted with 80% ethanol, and were extracted by butyl alcohol. The target analytes were separated on a BEH-C18column with gradient elution using a mobile phase made up of acetonitrile and water.The result showed that contents of Gibberellin in Pius Massoniana Pollen is 0.075mg/g, The linearities of Gibberellin were in the concentration range of 50μg/mL-250μg/mL(r= 0. 9994, n=3), the average recovery was 92.2%(RSD%=1.5, n=3). Providing a newchromatographic technology forthe content analysis ofGibberellin inthe Massoniana Pol-len, the method was proved to be simple, convenient, sensitive and good stability.
