摘 要:圈养林麝人工取香后需要对天然麝香进行干燥后方能长期保存,为了研究不同的干燥方法是否对麝香酮的含量产生影响,本实验取天然林麝麝香样本3份,分别用冷冻真空减压干燥法、烘干法(40℃)、五氧化二磷干燥法3种不同的干燥方法对天然麝香进行干燥;采用气相色谱法测定麝香中的麝香酮含量。结果发现,3种干燥方法下取样计算麝香酮的含量分别为(4.75±0.34)%、(3.99±0.36)%、(2.83±0.40)%,三者之间存在较大的差异。建议在以麝香酮含量高低作为判断的依据时,应备注干燥的处理方法作为参考指标。Musk by the musk extraction from captive musk deer must be dry before the natural musk can be preserved for a long time. To explore influence of different drying methods on the determination of muscone in musk, 3 groups of the natural musk were dried randomly by vacuum freeze-drying, drying(40℃), phosphorus pentoxide dryer, then the muscone content were determined by GC in musk. The results showedthatthe content ofthe muscone was (4.75±0.34)% , (3.99±0.36)% , (2.83±0.40)% inthe samples underthethree kinds of drying methods. According to comparison , three methods have significant differences in content ofmuscone calculated on an anhydrous basis. It is suggested thatthe treatment method ofdryweightloss should be referred as reference indexwhenjudging the content ofmuscone.
