摘 要:针对锂储备电池低温放电电性能低于常温的问题,提出在电解液中添加酞菁催化剂方法。该方法加入具有催化活性的四硝基酞菁镍,通过吸附、催化还原、催化还原、扩散四步催化过程提高了化学反应速率,从而提高了锂储备电池低温下的放电性能。试验结果表明,四硝基酞菁镍对电池反应具有明显的催化活性,使低温下电池的激活时间均值由700ms以上降低为200ms以下,并使电池容量提高超过10%。Aiming at the problem that electrical property of lithium reserve cells under low-temperature discharge is lower than the normal temperature,a method of adding phthalocyanine catalyst into electrolyte solution was proposed.Through the four-step catalytic process,including adsorption,catalytic reduction,catalytic reduction,and diffusion,the method improved the chemical reaction rate by adding tetranitrophthalocyanine nickel which had the catalytic activity,so as to improve discharge performance of lithium reserve cells under low temperature.The test results indicated that tetranitrophthalocyanine nickel had obvious catalytic activity on cell reaction.Activation time of cells under low temperature was reduced to below 200 ms from above 700 ms,thus improving by more than 10% of cell capacity.
