摘 要:目的:探析心电图诊断高钾血症的应用与心电图表现。方法:选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的高钾血症患者45例为对象进行研究,根据其血钾浓度将其分为观察组(23例,血钾浓度>6.5 mmol/L)和对照组(22例,血钾浓度为5.5~6.5mmol/L)。两组均采用心电图进行诊断。比较实验室诊断与两组心电图诊断结果。结果:两组实验室诊断均为100%,而观察组心电图诊断出21例,符合率为91.30%,对照组心电图诊断出14例,符合率为60.87%,观察组符合率明显高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用心电图诊断高钾血症具有操作简便、快速等特点,而心电图的改变与血钾浓度存在正相关性,即心电图异常表现随血钾浓度上升而增加。Objective: To investigate the application of ECG in diagnosis of hyperkalemia and its ECG findings. Methods: From Jan2016 to Jan 2017 year in our hospital,45 hyperkalemia patients were selected as the research object,according to the serum potassium concentration were divided into the observation group(23 cases,blood potassium concentration and 6. 5 mmol/L) and the control group(22 cases,serum potassium concentration was 5. 5 ~ 6. 5 mmol/L). The two groups were treated with ECG diagnosis. The laboratory diagnosis of ECG diagnosis of the two groups were compared. Results: The laboratory diagnosis rate of two groups were both 100%,and the observation group of 21 cases of ECG diagnosis,The coincidence rate was 91. 30%,14 cases were diagnosed in the control group,the coincidence rate was 60. 87%,the coincidence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant and the comparison between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The ECG in diagnosis of hyperkalemia is simple,rapid,and the change of serum potassium concentration of ECG that is a positive correlation between ECG abnormalities of blood potassium concentration increased.
