摘　　要：目的:探讨硝普钠联合多巴酚丁胺对急性心力衰竭患者血流动力学和肾功能的影响。方法:选择2012年1月~2015年1月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的急性心力衰竭患者150例,分为两组。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者同时给予硝普钠,观察组患者在对照组治疗措施的基础上加用多巴酚丁胺。结果:治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压及心排血指数均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝普钠联合多巴酚丁胺对急性心力衰竭患者具有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dobutamine on hemodynamics and renal function in patients with acute heart failure. Methods： 150 cases of patients with acute heart failure treated in our hospitalfrom January 2012 to January 2015 were divided intotwo groups. Patients in the two groups were given conventional therapy. The control group were given sodium nitroprusside,the observation group were given dobutamine based on the control group. Results： After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and cardiac index in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Sodium nitroprusside combined with dobutamine has good clinical efficacy in patients with acute heart failure.
