完全乳晕入路腔镜手术治疗甲状舌管囊肿6例报告  

Endoscopic Thyroglossal Cystectomy via Complete Areola Approach in the Treatment of Thyroglossal Cyst: Report of 6 Cases

摘　　要：目的探讨完全乳晕入路行腔镜甲状舌管囊肿切除的可行性。方法 2010年1月~2015年6月我科对6例先天性甲状舌管囊肿行完全乳晕入路腔镜甲状舌管囊肿切除术。腔镜下显露囊肿,处理舌骨及其以上的病变部分,完成甲状舌管囊肿切除。结果 6例顺利完成完全乳晕入路腔镜甲状舌管囊肿切除术,手术时间65~90 min,(75.8±10.7)min;术中出血量5~20 ml,(10.0±6.3)ml。术后切口均一期愈合,无手术并发症发生。6例术后随访12~36个月,(24.7±8.6)月,复查颈部B超或CT均未见复发。结论完全乳晕入路腔镜甲状舌管囊肿切除术具有较佳的美容效果,安全可行。Objective To investigate the feasibil ity of endoscopic thyroglossal cystectomy via complete areola approach. Methods Clinical data of 6 patients with thyroglossal cyst treated by endoscopic thyroglossal cystectomy via complete areola approach from January 2010 to June 2014 were reviewed. We exposed the cysts through the endoscopy, resected the hyoid and above lesions, and then completed the endoscopic thyroglossal cystectomy. Results The operation was successful ly completed u n der endoscope in all the cases. The operation time was 65 - 90 min with a mean of （75.8±10.7） m in , and the bleeding volume was 5 - 20 ml with a mean of （ 10. 0 ± 6. 3 ） ml. Primary healing of incision was achieved in all the patients without serious complications. All the 6 patients were followed up for 12 - 36 months with a mean of （ 24. 7 ± 8. 6 ） months. None of the patients showed recurrence under cervical ultrasonography or CT scanning. Conclusion Endoscopic thyroglossal cystectomy via complete areola approach produces an outstanding cosmetic effect, being safe and feasible.
