摘 要:目的分析乳腺癌新辅助化疗前后ER、PR、HER2和Ki-67表达变化。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年3月期间山东淄博市中心医院甲状腺乳腺外科收治的60例接受新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者为研究对象,回顾性分析患者临床资料,对比化疗前后患者的ER、PR、HER2和Ki-67表达情况。结果新辅助化疗后,Ki-67阳性率明显下降,为70.0%,与化疗前的85.0%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而ER、PR阳性率与HER2过表达率,化疗前分别为58.3%、48.3%、28.3%,与化疗后的51.7%、45.0%、30.0%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对乳腺癌患者,新辅助化疗前后,ER、PR、HER2和Ki-67表达可能发生变化,且与临床疗效存在密切联系,临床治疗应予以重视。Objective To analyze the ER, PR, HER2, Ki-67 expression changes before and after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were convenien selected and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed and the expressions of ER, PR, HER2 and Ki-67 before and after chemotherapy were analyzed.Results After the neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the Ki-67 positive rate obviously decreased, and the difference in this index before and after chemotherapy was obvious with statistical significance(70.0% vs 85.0%)(P<0.05), and there were no obvious differences in the positive rates of ER and PR and expression rate of HER2 before and after chemotherapy,(58.3%,48.3%, 28.3% vs 51.7%, 45.0%, 30.0%), without statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The ER, PR, HER2 and Ki-67 expressions can have changes before and after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients, and it is closely correlated with the clinical curative effect, and we should pay attention to it in clinical treatment.
