中西医结合治疗角化型手足癣40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的对中西医结合治疗角化型手足癣的临床疗效展开探讨。方法方便选择该院2015年5月—2016年5月所收治的80例角化型手足癣患者作为该文研究对象,按随机数字表法分成结合组与对照组,两组各40例。其中,对照组患者采用单纯的西医方案进行治疗,结合组患者在应用西医方案治疗的同时联合中医方案进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果展开观察与分析。结果结合组患者在应用中西医结合治疗后其临床治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为67.50%,结合组患者的治疗成效要明显优于对照组患者,组间结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗前,结合组患者的各项积分与对照组患者的积分结果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后,结合组患者的皮肤改善总积分为51分,对照组患者皮肤改善总积分为141分,对此,结合组患者的红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒、皲裂、丘疹的积分结果要明显低于对照组患者,组间结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对角化型手足癣患者应用中西医结合方案进行治疗能进一步提升临床疗效,加快皮肤状态的好转速度,减少对皮肤造成的不良刺激,使患者病症尽早康复痊愈。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine of keratotic tinea hand or pedis. Methods 80 cases of patients with keratotic tinea hand or pedis admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the simple western medicine, while the combined group adopted the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and the clinical effect was observed and analyzed. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the combined group was obviously better than that in the control group(95.00%vs 67.50%), and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), before treatment, there were no statistical differences in various scores between the two groups(P>0.05), after treatment, the total score of skin improvement in the combined group was 51 points and 141 points in the control group, and the scores of erythema, squamous, itching,chapped, papules in the combined group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine of 40 cases with keratotic tinea hand or pedis can further improve the clinical curative effect, accelerate the improved rate of skin state and reduce the adverse stimulation of skin thus making the disease recover as early as possible.
