法舒地尔在难治性高血压治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的法舒地尔在难治性高血压治疗中的应用研究。方法研究对象方便选择于2015年2月—2016年12月该院收治的60例难治性高血压患者,数字随机法将患者分为干预组和对照组,对照组采取常规口服药物,干预组患者在常规口服药物基础上,给予法舒地尔,研究两组患者的治疗情况。结果干预组血压达标86.00%明显优于对照组48.00%,且血压情况以及不良反应明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论难治性高血压患者使用法舒地尔进行治疗,有较强的临床价值。Objective To research the application of Fasudil in treatment of refractory hypertension. Methods 60 cases of patients with refractory hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine oral administration drugs,while the intervention group adopted the fasudil on the basis of the control group, and the treatment situation was researched. Results The blood standards-reaching rate in the intervention group was obviously better than that in the control group(86.00% vs 48.00%), and the blood pressure situation and adverse reactions were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of fasudil in treatment of refractory hypertension is strong.
