卡介苗素治疗小儿扁平疣效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨卡介苗素治疗小儿扁平疣的效果。方法方便选取该院2015年6月—2016年6月间接收的小儿扁平疣患儿72例,将其分为两组各36例。对照组采用异维A酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用卡介苗素治疗,对比应用两种治疗方法后患者的各项指标的变化、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+指标分别为(68.31±1.57)%、(45.62±1.43)%、(27.90±1.38)%、(1.62±0.17),IgG、IgA、IgM指标分别为(14.23±0.75)g/L、(1.20±0.27)g/L、(1.23±0.25)g/L;治疗后,对照组的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+指标分别为(63.01±1.22)%、(40.01±1.08)%、(27.00±0.84)%、(1.30±0.11),IgG、IgA、IgM指标分别为(12.08±0.62)g/L、(1.74±0.15)g/L、(1.19±0.17)g/L。观察组的治疗总有效率为97.22%,对照组为72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为11.11%,对照组为16.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对小儿扁平疣患儿采用卡介苗素治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of bacellus calmette-guerin vaccie in treatment of children with verruca plana.Methods 72 cases of children with verruca plana admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the control group were treated with isotretinoin,while the observation group were treated with bacellus calmette-guerin vaccie on the basis of the control group, and the changes of various indexes, treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + and IgG, IgA,IgM in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(68.31±1.57)%,(45.62±1.43)%,(27.90±1.38)%,(1.62±0.17),(14.23±0.75)g/L,(1.20±0.27)g/L,(1.23±0.25)g/L and 63.01±1.22)%,(40.01±1.08)%,(27.00±0.84)%,(1.30±0.11),(12.08±0.62)g/L,(1.74±0.15)g/L,(1.19±0.17)g/L, and the difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant,(97.22% vs 72.22%)(P<0.05), and difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(11.11% vs 16.67%)(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of bacellus calmette-guerin vaccie in treatment of children with verruca plana is obvious, which is worth clinical promotion.
