椎间孔镜精准治疗老年患者腰椎管狭窄症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年患者腰椎管狭窄症用椎间孔镜精准治疗的效果。方法回顾性剖析2014年3月—2017年2月该院接诊的92例老年腰椎管狭窄症患者的病历资料,根据患者自愿选择的治疗方案对其进行分组:实验组(n=46)采取椎间孔镜精准治疗方案,对照组(n=46)采取常规手术治疗方案。观察两组术后身体机能的恢复情况,比较住院天数和VAS评分等指标。结果实验组的术中出血量和手术持续时间都明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后24、48 h与72 h的VAS评分均明显比对照组降低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的住院天数为(4.52±1.31)d,比对照组的(9.46±3.45)d明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论积极利用椎间孔镜对老年腰椎管狭窄症病患进行手术治疗,安全可靠,术后疼痛轻,病情恢复快,值得临床借鉴。Objective To research the effect of endoscopic spine system precise treatment of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods 92 cases of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis diagnosed in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each according to the voluntary principle, the experimental group and the control group respectively adopted the endoscopic spine system precise treatment and routine operative treatment, and the recovery situation of postoperative physical organism of the two groups was observed and the length of stay and VAS score of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount and statistically significant duration in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious(P<0.05), and the VAS scores at 24, 48 h and 72 h in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance( P < 0. 05), and the length of stay in the experimental group was obviously shortened compared with that in the control group [(4.52±1.31)d vs(9.46±3.45)d](P<0.05). Conclusion The positive use of endoscopic spine system precise treatment of senile patients with lumbar spinal stenosis is safe and reliable, and the postoperative pain is mild and the disease recovery is rapid, which is worth clinical
