氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效进行观察分析。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年12月该院诊治94例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组患者口服硝苯地平缓释片治疗,治疗组患者口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗情况。结果治疗组治疗情况96.00%优于对照组74.00%(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并冠心病患者的治疗中,氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片有着极高的治疗作用。Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 94 cases of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group took the nifedipine delayde-release tablets orally, while the treatment group took the amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets orally, and the clinical treatment situations of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment situation in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(96.00% vs 74.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets have a high treatment function in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
