人文关怀护理对直肠癌结肠造瘘口患者围手术期的自我护理能力影响效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨人文关怀护理对直肠癌结肠造瘘口患者围手术期自我护理能力的影响。方法方便选取2014年1月—2016年9月期间在该院接受结肠造瘘口手术的60例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采取计算机随机数列分组法随机分为两组,对照组30例患者接受常规护理,观察组30例患者在常规护理的基础上接受人文关怀护理,比较心理状态评分、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组的焦虑评分(36.58±6.92)分、抑郁评分(34.59±5.82)分显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的自我护理能力评分(157.61±13.09)分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且其干预后高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结肠造瘘口围手术期采取人文关怀护理,可有效改善直肠癌患者的心理状态、自我护理能力、生活质量,还可提高患者对围手术期护理服务的评价。Objective To research and discus the effect of humanistic care nursing on the self-nursing ability of patients with rectal cancer colostomy. Methods 60 cases of patients with rectal cancer colostomy in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the humanistic care nursing on the basis of the control group, and the mental state score, self-nursing ability score, quality of life score and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were respectively(36.58±6.92)points and(34.59±5.82)points, which were obviously lower than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), after intervention, the self-nursing ability score in the observation group was obviously higher than that before intervention, which was(157.61±13.09)points in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and this index after intervention was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic care nursing of rectal cancer colostomy during the perioperative period can effectively improve the mental state, self-nursing ability and quality of life of patients with rectal cancer, and it can also improve the patients' evaluation to the nursing service during the perioperative period.
