摘　　要：电烧伤通过电弧烧伤和电流通过人体引起烧伤,一般都是Ⅲ度烧伤,具有坏死组织面积小、深度深、坏死组织边界不清楚的特点,这给清创、创面治疗造成困难;随着医疗技术的发展,再生医疗技术被广泛用于临床创面,它具有操作简单,安全易行,疗效可靠,残废率低的特点。该文将原位再生医疗技术很好地运用在电烧伤创面,有效的解决了电烧伤早期清创,创面处理的难题。采用再生医疗技术治疗电烧伤能最大限度的保留机体间生态组织,降低致残率。The electric burn was the burn caused by the electric arc burn and electrical current, Ⅲ degree of burn in general, with the features of small necrotic tissue area, deep depth and unclear necrotic tissue boundary, bringing the difficulty to the debridement and wound healing, with the development of medical technology, the regenerative medical technology is widely used in the clinical wound, with the features of simple operation, feasible safety, reliable curative effect and low disability rate, and the paper applies the regenerative medical technology to the electric burn wound better thus effectively solving the early debridement of electric burn and wound handling, and it can reserve the inter organism ecological organization and reduce the disability to a largest degree.
