摘　　要：城市住区内的老年室外活动场所是高龄者日常生活中最重要的场所,对促进高龄者身心健康及满足日常居住生活具有重要意义,为高龄者设计适宜的室外活动空间环境,成为当今城市养老机构及住宅社区发展的关键。本文结合我国老龄化人口现状,对沈阳市多家养老机构内高龄者的室外活动空间的现状进行调研,分析怎样通过设计的手段对养老机构外部环境的改造使其更适合高龄者的活动需求,提出面向适老化的室外活动空间设计原则,探讨户外活动空间布局尺寸及配套设施的设计要点,为养老机构的改造提供合理化建议。Elderly outdoor activity places in urban area is of the most important place in daily life, in promoting physical and mental health and neuropsychology, meet the daily living life is of great significance, for neuropsychology, suitable for outdoor activity space environment design, become the key to the development of today＇s urban pension institutions and residential communities. Based on the present situation of the aged population in China, this paper investigates the current situation of the outdoor activities space of many elderly people in Shenyang, analyzes how to transform the external environment of the old-age institutions through the design means, which is more suitable for the activities of the elderly, The paper puts forward the design principle of outdoor activities space for the aging, discusses the layout of outdoor activities and the design points of supporting facilities, and provides rationalization suggestions for the transformation of pension institutions.
