摘  要:以聚氨酯弹性体为芯材、钢板为面板制备了聚氨酯弹性体夹芯板。通过试验研究了聚氨酯弹性体夹芯板的屈曲行为,观察了聚氨酯弹性体夹芯板的破坏模式,得到了临界屈曲载荷,同时建立了聚氨酯弹性体夹芯板的屈曲数值模型。研究结果表明,聚氨酯弹性体夹芯板的屈曲破坏形式为整体屈曲;屈曲载荷—位移曲线可分为两个阶段,最大值为临界屈曲载荷;数值计算结果与实验结果一致,验证了模型的有效性。The polyurethane elastomer sandwich panels were fabricated using polyurethane elastomer as the core material and steel materials as the shell. The buckling behavior of the polyurethane elastomer sandwich panels was studied by test.The failure mode of the polyurethane elastomer sandwich panels was observed and the critical buckling load was acquired.The buckling numerical model of the polyurethane elastomer sandwich panels was built. The results show that the failure mode of the polyurethane elastomer sandwich panels was overall buckling; that the load-displacement curve of buckling can be divided into two stages,and the maximum was the critical buckling load; and that the results of numerical calculation were consistent with the test,which proves the validity of the model.
