地方财政支出规模、结构与城乡收入结构差异——基于县级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于收入结构的视角,采用计量模型实证检验地方财政支出规模、结构对城乡收入结构差异的影响。结果表明:地方财政支出规模对城乡收入结构的影响存在明显差异,地方财政支出结构的优化对改善城乡收入结构差异具有重要的作用,城镇化会增加农村居民的财产性收入。Using the county level panel data,this paper studies the effects of the level and composition of local public spending on urban and rural income structure difference. The results show that the public spending level has a significant effect on rural income structure difference,and the optimization of public spending composition can have great influence on the improvement of the rural income structure difference; urbanization can increase the rural equity income.
