摘 要:以中国综合社会调查(CGSS2010)数据为基础,探讨新农保对农民耐用品消费的层次促进作用。研究发现,新农保对农民生存型、发展型耐用品消费影响显著,对享受型耐用品消费影响不显著。主要结论:陌生人信任对农民耐用品消费的影响比大众信任大,新农保在中、西部地区对农民耐用品消费的影响较一致,在东部地区的影响和全国相比情况差异较大。建议:因地制宜发挥新农保对农民消费的促进作用,扩大农民耐用品消费。Based on CGSS2010 data,this paper makes an analysis on what the effect the new-type rural social endowment insurance will have on the basic level,developmental level,enjoyable level consumption of durable goods,taking into account the role of social trust in the first test area. It is found that the new-type rural social endowment insurance can affect the basic level,developmental level consumption of durable goods remarkably,but not in a remarkable way for the enjoyable level consumption. And it mainly embodies that the effect of strangers' trust is greater than that of public trust in total. The impact of thenew-type rural social endowment insurance on the durable goods consumption in central area,and west areaare almost the same,but the situation in east area is quite different compared with the nationwide. So we should adjust measures to local conditions so as to make the new-type rural social endowment insurance promote farmers ' consumption,and increasefarmers' durable goods consumption.
