摘　　要：抗战时期西北联大学生住宿的管理机构健全、规定完善、制度规范。学生们不忘报国志向,不在意包括住宿在内等各方面的恶劣条件,奋发学习,勇于拼搏。本文通过对抗战时期西北联大学生住宿情况的研究,在学生公寓管理过程中要进一步严格管理,强化文化建设,打造高效服务队伍,激发学生主体作用的发挥,将公寓建成高校思想政治教育的重要阵地。During the war of resistance against Japan,the management mechanism of the students in the northwest general assembly of the United Nations is perfect,the regulations are perfect,and the system is standardized.The students did not forget the ambitions,do not care,including accommodation and other aspects of the conditions,to work hard to learn,the courage to fight.Through the study of accommodation during the Anti Japanese War to northwest students in this paper,further strict management in student apartment management process,strengthen cultural construction,build efficient service team,to stimulate students＇ main role,the apartments built an important position of ideological and political education.
