摘　　要：文章分析了公安现役院校建设教师发展中心的重要性和必要性,梳理了目前我国高校教师发展中心的特点和主要问题,提出了公安现役院校教师发展中心的建设对策。This paper analyzes the importance and necessity of the construction of Teacher Development in the Public Security CoUeges,summarizes the characteristics and main problems of the Teacher Development Center in China,and puts forward the construction countermeasures for the Teacher Development Center in police colleges.
