摘　　要：随着国家的发展,外国学生来华留学已掀起一股新的浪潮,外国学生来华留学也为教育国际化起到了坚实的桥梁作用。要做好留学生教育,就必须先构建一套健全的外国留学生管理工作体系,这将是我国来华留学生教育的可持续发展所面临的重大问题。文章将以浙江农林大学为例,对如何构建一套健全的外国留学生管理工作体系;从海外留学生的招生政策制度建设、海外留学生全英文课程体系建设、海外留学生管理制度的建设、海外留学生服务体系建设等做进一步地研究,为其他正处于起步阶段的留学生教育事业的高校提供一定的借鉴作用。The foreign students studying in China will set off a new wave with the national development of ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy,and the foreign students are strongly played the role of a bridge for the education.We must first establish a series of management system for foreign students if we want to improve the foreign student＇s education.This will be a major problem riced by the sustainable development of graduate education for foreign students in China.The article is taking an example as Zhejiang agriculture and Forestry University on how to build a series of foreign student management system;do the further discussion from the overseas student enrollment policy system construction,from the oversea student in English language curriculum system construction,from the oversea student management system construction,from the oversea student service system construction,to provide certain reference function for the other underway on the overseas students education career＇s in colleges and universities.
