5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗儿童寻常疣39例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗儿童寻常疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的86例寻常疣患儿按照随机数字表分成两组。治疗组(39例)每晚睡前予5%咪喹莫特乳膏外搽,6~10h后清洗患处皮肤,每周连续用5d,停用2d为1个疗程。对照组(47例)予液氮冷冻治疗。两组患者疗程均为12周。结果治疗12周后,治疗组有效率为64.10%,对照组有效率为80.85%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗过程中,治疗组不良反应发生率为25.64%,对照组不良反应发生率为89.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组复发率为8.00%,对照组复发率为26.32%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗儿童寻常疣安全有效,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of 39 children with verruca vulgaris. Methods Eighty-six cases with verruca vulgaris were divided into two groups with random digits. The treatment group（39 cases） were subjected to 5% imiquimod cream on the warts at bedtime,then washed off after 6 - 10h for five consective days and two days free per week. The 47 cases of control group were subjected to cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks, the effective rate of treatment group was 64. 10% which had no statistically significant difference from 80. 85% in control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. In the course of treatment the adverse reactions rate of treatment group was 25.64% which was statistically lower than 89.36% in control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. The recurrence rate of treatment group was 8.00% which had no statistically significant difference from 26. 32% in control group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The 5% imiquimod cream have significant effect on the treatment of children verruca vulgaris with a few adverse reactions.
