摘　　要：患者女,18岁。右上臂及右大腿褐色斑片5^+月。皮肤科情况:右上臂及右大腿屈侧可见沿Blaschko线分布的褐色斑片,部分皮肤轻度萎缩,触诊无硬化、结节及压痛。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,基底细胞灶状空泡化,基底层局部色素增加,真皮胶原大致正常,真皮浅中层小血管周围少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断为Moulin线状萎缩性皮病。随访半年,患者皮损无明显变化。An 18-year-old female presented with brown patches on her right upper arm and right thigh for more than 5 months. Dermatologic examination showed slightly atrophic brown patches along the lines of Blaschko on her right upper arm and flexural lateral of right thigh. No signs of sclerosis, nodules or tenderness were noted. Histologic examination showed approximately normal epidermis, local hyperpigmentation and focal vacuolization of basal cells, along with normal collagen fibers and sparse perivascular lymphocytes in the upper and middle dermis. A diagnosis of linear atrophoderma of Moulin was made. During a 6-month follow up, there was no visible evolution or improvement of the lesions.
