摘　　要：患者女,53岁。颈背部皮肤增厚变硬10年。2型糖尿病病史20年。皮肤科情况:颈背部皮肤弥漫性非凹陷性增厚、肿硬。皮损组织病理示:真皮增厚,胶原纤维束增粗,间隙增宽。诊断:糖尿病性硬肿病。A 53-year-old woman presented with tightness and thickening of the skin in the nape, shoulders and upper back for ten years. She had been suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus for 20 years. Physical examination revealed diffuse, non-pitting, thickened, indurated lesions in the nape, shoulders and upper back. Histologic examination of a skin biopsy specimen revealed a marked thickening of the dermis with thickened collagen bundles separated by clear spaces. The diagnosis of diabetic scleredema was made;
