摘　　要：患者男,61岁。左前臂结节1^-年,无自觉症状。结节约1.0cm×1.0cm大小,圆顶状,皮色,表面光滑,有光泽,质软,有囊性波动感。患者无甲状腺功能异常病史。皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层大量黏液样物质沉积,阿新蓝染色阳性。诊断:皮肤局灶性黏蛋白病。A 61-year-old patient presented with a less than one-year history of asymptomatic, domed-shaped,flesh-colored, glossy, soft, cystic nodule on the left forearm. No dysfunction of thyroid was found. Histopathological examination showed a large quantities of myxoid material in the upper dermis. The alcian blue staining was positive. The patient was diagnosed as cutaneous focal mucinosis.
