左小腿皮肤溃疡继发阿萨希毛孢子菌感染1例

摘　　要：患者女,37岁,反复湿疹1年余,1个月前左小腿近内踝关节处出现一糜烂性溃疡。刮取溃疡分泌物边缘处皮肤组织直接镜检分别见真菌孢子和菌丝。真菌经培养鉴定为阿萨希毛孢子菌。诊断:左小腿皮肤湿疹并溃疡继发阿萨希毛孢子菌(Trichosporon asahii)感染。A 37-year-old female patient was infected repeatedly with skin eczema for more than one year,and a erosive ulceration had appeared close to the inside of the ankle on the left leg one month ago. Direct microscopic examination of ulcer secretion and eczema edge skin tissue showed respectively fuugal spores and hyphae. The fungus was identified finally as Trichosporon asahii. The diagnosis of secondary infection by Trichosporon asahii on the left leg skin ulcer was made.
