摘　　要：针对水下短距离高速通信技术的需求,提出并设计了一种基于MIMO的高速水下蓝光LED通信系统。详细说明了该系统的软件及硬件电路的设计,并对整个通信系统进行了误码率测试和视频传输测试。Aiming at satisfying the demand of underwater short - distance and high - speed communication technology, a MIMO-based underwater blue light LED communication system is proposed in this paper. The software and hardware circuit design of the system are introduced in detail, and the error rate test and video transmission test are carried out for the whole system.
