摘 要:探讨混纺比与氯化锂/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺化学微溶解处理对棉汉麻混纺纱性能的影响。将棉与汉麻纤维按照不同配比制备出5种混纺纱样品,对样纱进行氯化锂/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺化学微溶解处理和性能测试。结果表明:随着纱线中汉麻纤维所占比例的增加,纱线的断裂强力和断裂伸长降低,条干CV值增大,毛羽增加;经过化学微溶解处理后,纱线的断裂强力和断裂伸长有所提高,毛羽得到显著改善,条干CV值变化不大。认为:混纺比对混纺纱强力影响较大,而微溶解处理对成纱毛羽改善效果明显。Effect of blending ratio and lithium chloride/N,N-dimethylacetamide micro-solubility treatment on property of cotton hemp blended yarn were discussed. According to the different blending ratios, 5 kinds of cot- ton hemp blended yarns were spun. Properties of the yarn samples were tested separately after lithium chloride/N,N-dimethylacetamide micro-solubility treatment. The experiment results show that as the increasing of hemp fiber content in yarn, yarn breaking strength and breaking elongation rate are decreased, evenness CV val- ue and hairiness are increased. After lithium chloride/N, N-dimethylacetamide micro-solubility treatment, yarn breaking strength and breaking elongation are increased, hairiness is improved and evenness CV value is not changed a lot. It is considered that blending ratio has significant influence on the breaking strength of the blended yarn,micro-solubility treatment has obvious improvement effect on yarn hairiness.
