摘 要:探讨细纱工序异形上销组件对牦牛绒棉混纺纱性能的影响。前纺工序分别纺制出牦牛绒粗纱和棉粗纱,细纱工序通过设计安装异形上销组件,增加了牦牛绒在牵伸区的运动行程。采用滑溜牵伸,减小对牦牛绒的压力。通过设计长、短纤维不同的运动行程,使牦牛绒与棉在棉型细纱机上实现一步纺纱。对牦牛绒棉混纺纱的性能进行测试分析,得到了最优的纺纱方案。认为:配置一定槽深的H形后区压力棒可以有效提高牦牛绒棉混纺纱的质量。Effect of special-shaped top pin in spinning process on property of yak cashmere cotton blended yarn was discussed. Yak cashmere roving and cotton roving were spun respectively in fore-spinning process. The moving travel of yak cashmere in drafting zone was increased by designing and installing special-shaped top tin in spinning process. Adopting the slipping draft could be decreased the pressure of yak cashmere. One-step spinning of yak cashmere and cotton can be realized in cotton-type spinning machine by designing the different moving travel of long fiber and short fiber. Property of yak cashmere cotton blended yarn were tested and analyzed. The optimization improvement had gotten. It is considered that configuring H shape press bar in back zone can im- prove the quality of yak cashmere cotton blended yarn.
