摘　　要：总结不规则经向管状织物的设计过程和生产要点。介绍了织物采用的经纬纱指标,设计并计算了织物经纬密、管子宽度和管间距等;借助织物CAD设计了纹样,计算了每循环经纬纱根数;总结了整经、浆纱、织造等各工序中的主要工艺和采取的技术措施。通过采取一系列技术措施,最终保证了织机效率达91%,下机一等品率88%,入库一等品率95%。认为:生产的织物外观风格新颖独特,具有断续的经向起伏管状装饰效应,适宜做夏季女士裙装和上衣时装面料等。Design process and production point of irregular warp direction tubular fabric were summarized. Warp＆weft indexes of fabric were introduced, Warp＆weft density, tube width and tube interval were designed and calculated. The pattern was designed by fabric CAD and the number of warp＆weft in per weave repetition were calculated. Main technology and measures in each process like warping, sizing, weaving and so on were sum- marized. Loom efficiency can be reached 91%, first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached 88 and first class-product rate can be reached 95 % by adopting a series of technology measures. It is considered that the fabric has unique style and intermittent warp direction tubular decorative effect,suitable for summery skirt, jacket fashion fabric and so on.
