摘 要:探讨JC 2.9tex集聚纱的纺纱工艺。系统分析了纺纱技术难点。采用新疆阿瓦提超长长绒棉;以保证质量、提高效率为前提,通过设备及专件优选,工艺优化,实现了单精梳、单粗纱的短流程纺纱工艺,最终成功纺制出JC 2.9tex集聚纱,且成纱质量良好。认为:原料作为纺制特细特纯棉纱的关键,需要重点关注;通过采用多项技术和管理措施,可较好地解决特细特纱生产中的难点问题,并取得较好的纺纱效果。Spinning process of JC 2.9 tex condensed yarn was discussed. The spinning technology difficulties were systematically analyzed. Xinjiang Awat super long stapled cotton was adopted. On the premise of guaranteed quality and efficiency improvement, the short spinning processing for single combed and single roving were a- chieved through the equipment & specific part optimized selection and the processing optimization. Eventually,JC 2.9 rex condensed spun yarn was successfully produced and the yarn quality was better. It is considered that more attention should be paid on raw materials because they are the key to spin super fine pure cotton yarn. The diffi- curies during the spinning of super fine yarn can be well solved and better spinning effect can be obtained by a- dopting many technology and management measures.
