摘　　要：探讨莱赛尔A100细特经编用纱的开发要点。对该产品的设计过程和生产关键工艺进行了介绍和分析。采用莱赛尔A100短纤,选用高性能设备和合理的工艺设计,进行工艺优化,最终成功研发出适用于经编领域的赛络纺莱赛尔A100 7.29tex纱。结果表明:所开发的纱线和相关面料符合国家相关标准要求。认为:在保证纤维梳理度的前提下,尽量减少纤维损伤是开发莱赛尔A100细特经编用纱的技术难点以及重点。Development key points of Lyocell A100 fine yarn for warp knitting were discussed. Product de- sign process and production key technology were introduced and analyzed. Lyoeell A100 short fiber was adopted. High-performance equipment and reasonable processing design were selected. The key process was optimized. E- ventually,siro spinning Lyocell A100 7.29 tex yarn for warp knitting field was successfully developed. The test results show that the developed yarn and relative fabrics could meet the related national standards. It is considered that the technology difficulty and key point to develop Lyocell A100 fine warp knitting yarn are reducing fiber damage as much as possible in the condition to ensure the carding degree of fiber.
