摘 要:总结一种织机断经位置检测系统的开发要点。分析了针对断经检测的研究现状;基于电阻原理,提出了采用电压比得到断经位置的方法,开发了一种能连续检测断经位置的自动检测系统。系统硬件包括装有镍铬电阻丝的停经条、基准电压来自MAX197的恒流源和LED显示装置等;检测方法上断经检测、位置检测分开,互不干扰。实践证明:该系统可以实现实时检测,具有性能稳定、定位准确、显示直观的优点。认为:该系统可以用于织机断经位置检测,从而有助于提高织机效率。Development key points of a system for loom broken end positioning detection were summarized. Development status aimed at broken end inspection was analyzed. Based on resistance principle,the method to ob- tain broken end position with voltage ratio was analyzed. A kind of automatic inspection system that can continu ously detect broken end position was developed. The hardware for the system included the dropper bar with ni- chrome resistance wire, reference voltage from MAX197constant current source, LED display equipment and so on. In inspection method, broken end inspection and position detection were separated and non-interference. The practice showed that the system could achieve real-time detection. It had advantages like stable performance,accu- rate positioning and visible display. It is considered that the system can be used for loom broken end positioning detection. It is beneficial to improve loom efficiency.
