摘  要:预埋钢丝拉拔法是指灌浆前在套筒出浆口预埋高强钢丝,待灌浆料养护一定时间后,对预埋钢丝进行拉拔,通过拉拔荷载值判断灌浆饱满程度。通过参数研究、实验室套筒灌浆饱满度检测研究、工程现场套筒灌浆饱满度检测研究,证实了该方法具有可行性。实际应用时,建议选择直径D=5mm的高强钢丝,锚固长度l=30mm,养护龄期t=3d,钢丝长度可根据现场实际情况确定。预埋钢丝拉拔法所用高强钢丝可重复使用,是一种简单、实用、经济的检测套筒灌浆饱满度的方法,可在实际工程中推广应用。The embedded steel wire drawing method is that the steel wire is embedded into the grout outlet before grouting, then the steel wire is drawn after the grout material is solidified for a certain period of time, and further the grouting plumpness is determined according to the pull-out load value. In this paper, based on parameter study, testing study on grouting plumpness of sleeve in laboratory and in field, the embedded steel wire drawing method is proved feasible. In practical application, the high strength steel wire is recommended with the diameter of 5mm, the anchorage length of 30ram, and the curing period of 3d, and the steel wire length can be determined with the actual situation. The high strength steel wire can be used repeatedly, therefore the embedded steel wire drawing method is a simple, practical and economical method to test grouting plumpness of sleeve, which is worthy of popularization and application in practical engineering.
