摘  要:针对利津县黄河铁路特大桥连续钢桁梁多点同步顶推施工,利用倒拆法建模计算顶推过程中的最不利工况,找出主梁支点处最大反力值以及导梁悬臂端变形规律和最大变形值,设定对应的千斤顶规格;计算主梁在各工况下的最大施工应力值,分析安全储备情况并提出加固斜腹杆方案;模拟计算不同纠偏值下对主梁内力的影响,得出顶偏横向位移限制;设置顶推系统和纠偏系统,解决了顶推施工过程中的横向偏位及不同步问题。In view of the multi-point synchronization construction of the continuous steel truss girder of the Huanghe Railway Bridge in Lijin County, the most unfavorable working condition in the process of continuous jacking is calculated by the back method. It finds out the cantilever end deformation law and the maximum deformation value and the maximum fulcrum reaction force value, sets the corresponding jack specifications. The maximum construction stress value of the main girder under each working condition is calculated, the safety reserve condition is analyzed and the reinforcement oblique web program is put forward. The influence of different correction deviations on the internal force of the main girder is simulated and the lateral displacement is obtained. This paper sets up the pushing system and rectifies the deviation system, and solves the problem of lateral deviation and unsynchronization during the pushing construction.
