摘  要:在城市下穿隧道修建过程中,由于隧道基坑土石方开挖,地层应力逐步释放,盾构隧道围岩变形也可能适度增大,若预加固措施和开挖方法不当,已建盾构管片可能产生较大塑性变形,甚至出现错台、上浮、防水系统失效等质量事故。采用"带帽"钢筋混凝土结构,预应力桩基支承,与地铁盾构隧道完全脱离后,有效保留了现有盾构隧道。综合介绍了城市下穿隧道对成型盾构隧道保护技术的技术特点和工作原理。For tunnels in city construction process, due to tunnel excavation of foundation excavation, ground stress deformation gradually released, may increase shield tunnel surrounding rock, if the pre- reinforcement and excavation method is improper, a shield segment may have a large plastic deformation, or even wrong units, floating, waterproof and other quality system failure accident. With the'cap' reinforced concrete structure, the prestressed pile foundation supporting completely separated from the subway shield tunnel, the existing shield tunnel was effectively preserved. In this paper, the technical characteristics and working principle of shield tunneling technology for tunnel under city are comprehensively introduced.
