摘　　要：苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)是微生物农药的典型代表。自1961年第一个Bt分离菌在美国环保署(Environmental Protection Agency,EPA)登记以来,到2014年EPA已经登记了137种包含Bt作为有效成分的农药产品。本文总结了EPA微生物农药产品登记化学资料要求,研究了Bt产品重登记、再评价的主要程序、方法和结论,为我国进行微生物农药管理提供借鉴。Bacillus thuringiensis （Bt） is a typical representative of microbial pesticides. Since the first Bt isolates registered in the United States Environmental Protection Agency （EPA） in 1961, to the year 2014, EPA has registered 137 pesticide products containing Bt as an active ingredient. This paper summarizes EPA＇ s chemistry data requirements for microbial pesticides. The proce- dure, methods and conclusions of Bt reregistration and registration review programs were also dis- cussed to provide reference for the management of microbial pesticides in China.
