我国档案修复伦理规范构建的思考

摘　　要：档案修复实践工作由于历史及自身特点,亟需一套系统科学的伦理规范指导,而档案修复伦理却鲜有研究。长期档案修复实践工作中内在包涵着修复伦理并长期指导实践,本文分析并归纳出现有档案修复伦理基础,并在此基础上从修复伦理法制化、完善伦理规范、营造修复伦理环境、重视修复伦理教育四个方面,提出修复伦理构建的思考。Archives restoration work needs systematic and scientific ethiccodes as a guidance because of its historical background and characteristics. However, there is little study on the ethics of archives restora- tion. In the long history of repairing practice, there were inner ethics impacted the restoration. This paper analyzes and abstract them and then discuss the construction of restoration ethics from four aspects on this basis ： restoration ethics legalization,improving the restoration ethic codes,building restoration ethicsenviron- ment and restoration ethics education.
