摘 要:目的初步了解区域人口健康信息平台上,公众对网络健康教育的内容和形式需求状况,为进一步开发拓展平台应用提供依据。方法按第六次人口普查中广州市12岁及以上人口的年龄、性别、学历比例,采用配额抽样的方法,在广州市5个代表性医疗机构抽取患者的亲友298名进行问卷调查。结果通过手机或电脑上网获取健康信息的调查对象占66.8%(其中20~39岁组占88.4%),远高于电视(44.0%)、随诊询问(17.4%)和现场讲座(6.4%);网络健康信息来源主要是搜索引擎(59.3%);62.1%的调查对象倾向于利用个人电子健康档案自动关联健康知识的形式来获取信息;对与个人诊疗信息相关的健康教育信息类型需求前3位是医学名词解析(59.1%)、科普文章(49.7%)、电子图书(27.2%);接收健康教育信息的方式需求的前3位是微信(58.1%)、短信(51.7%)、手机客户端和电脑版网站(27.5%,19.1%)。结论调查对象使用网络获取健康信息的比例相对较高。区域人口健康信息平台上的网络健康教育功能建设宜重视医学名词知识库、搜索引擎优化、微信展示功能的开发。Objective To provide a preliminary overview of public' s demands on network-based health education, in term of content and channel, upon regional population health information platform, and provide evidence for further application-oriented development of the platform. Methods According to the proportion of age, gender and education background among people aged 12 and over in Guangzhou from the 6th National Population Census, quota sampling was used to perform a questionnaire survey among 298 sampled relatives or friends of patients' in five representative medical institutions in Guangzhou. Results The proportion of the respondents that obtain health information through internet using mobile phone or computer is 66. 8% (with 88.4% in 20 -39 age group) , higher than that through television (44. 0% ) , follow-up consultation ( 17.4% ) and live lectures ( 6.4% ). The main source of health information which the respondents get from the internet is search engines (59. 3% ). 62. 1% of the respondents prefer getting information by automatic association between their personal electronic health records and health knowledge. The top 3 required types of health education information related to personal clinical diagnosis and treatment are medical terminology explanation (59. 1% ), popular science articles (49. 7% ) and electronic books (27.2%). The top 3 required ways to obtain network-based health information are WeChat (58.1%), SMS (51.7%), mobile phone client (27. 5% ) and websites on PC (19. 1% ). Conclusion Respondents have a higher percentage of obtaining health information through internet. The application-oriented development of network- based health education upon regional population health information platform should focus on medical terminology base, search engine optimization (SEO) and WeChat display optimization.
