摘 要:利用理论和数据分析找到影响脱硫系统协同除尘能力的脱硫系统参数,建立贝叶斯网络模型,并收集大量采用脱硫协同除尘技术机组的脱硫系统设计及运行参数训练模型。该模型量化了不同脱硫参数对烟尘脱除能力的影响程度。研究将该算法模型集成至烟尘协同控制设计系统中,用于指导未来燃煤机组烟尘协同控制改造,解决脱硫系统烟尘协同脱除技术在实际应用中存在的烟尘排放不达标问题。该系统成功应用于大唐集团多台燃煤机组超低排放改造项目中,改造后烟囱入口烟尘排放浓度达到了预期设计目标,实现了烟尘长期稳定达标排放。Based on the theoretical and data analysis, this paper finds out the design and operation parameters of the desulfurization system capable of removing the dust simultaneously, then builds up the Bayes Network Model and trains the model with a large number of the design and operation data collected from the units adopting simuhaneous dust removal and desulfurization technology. The model quantifies the impaets of desulfurization parameters on dust removal efficiency and is integrated into the design system to conduct future reconstruction for dust simuhaneous control, and solve the problem of excessive dust emission in the applications of the desulfurization system with simultaneous dust removal technology in coal fired power plants. The integrated design system has been successfidly used in several coal fired power plant of China Datang Corporation. After reconstruction, the dust emissions at the inlet of the chimney have met the designed target and been stabilized for long term.
