摘 要:通过分析锅炉各调温手段对再热汽温的影响,提出了一种1 000 MW二次再热超超临界机组再热汽温控制方案,从锅炉吸热面布置、摆动燃烧器喷嘴、烟气挡板、一、二次再热器微量喷水减温器、一、二次再热器事故喷水减温器方面做出了设计说明,介绍了某1 000 MW二次再热超超临界机组一、二次再热汽温控制回路的设计及主、再热汽温控制的解耦方法,实践证明本控制方案应用效果良好。Through the analysis on the effects of the temperature control methods on the reheat steam temperature, a reheat steam temperature control strategy for the 1 000 MW double-reheat uhra-superefitical unit is proposed and illustrated from the aspects of the boiler heating surface arrangement, the swinging burner nozzle, the flue gas damper, the micro water spray desuperheaters and emergency water spray desuperheaters for both the primary and the secondary reheaters. Then the structure of the primary and the secondary reheater steam temperature control circuits of a 1 000 MW unit is presented with the superheat and reheat steam temperature decoupling method also being introduced. The practical operation has proved that this control strategy has good application effects.
