摘 要:通过构建黑岱沟露天煤矿二采区三维地质模型,对二采区的表土资源赋存情况进行了分析。基于二采区表土资源的实际赋存情况,对二采区未来12阶段的轮斗连续工艺布置方式进行了设计。在详细调研、统计、分析轮斗连续工艺及单斗-卡车历史经济技术数据的基础上,对二采区分别应用轮斗连续工艺和单斗-卡车工艺的费用情况进行了计算。通过定量、定性对比,研究得出:二采区表土剥离采用单斗-卡车工艺优于轮斗工艺。Analyzed the occurrence of surface soil of No.2 mining area by constructing 3D geological modeling of Heidaigou surface mine No.2 mining area. Based on the occurrence of surface soil of No.2 mining area,the wheel-bucket continuous mining system arrangement in the 12 stages of No.2 mining area was designed. On the basis of investigating, statistics,analysis on the wheel-bucket continuous mining system and shovel-truck technological history economic and technical data,the calculation of the wheel-bucket continuous mining system cost and shovel-truck technological cost were carried out respectively in the No.2 mining area. Through the quantitative and qualitative comparison,the paper concluded that the surface soil stripping in the No.2 mining area, shovel-truck technological was better than the wheel-bucket continuous mining system.
