摘 要:详细阐述了多种巷道支护参数优化方法,如神经网络、正交数值模拟试验等方法。通过对淮南某矿运输大巷支护现状分析研究,运用数值模拟计算和正交试验方法,得到影响锚网索支护的关键因素,并采用方差分析法对试验结果进行分析。模拟结果表明,锚杆、锚固长度、锚杆间排距对支护效果影响最为显著,其次为锚杆、锚索直径。本次试验结果可为巷道支护设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。Many optimization parameters methods of roadway support are described in detail, including the neural network, orthogonal numerical simulation test and so on. Through the analysis about the present situation of transport tunnel support of one mine in Huainan, using numerical simulation and orthogonal test, the key factors that influence the bolt mesh anchor support are obtained and the variance analysis method is adopted to the experimental results are analyzed. The results show that bolt length, anchorage length, bolt space would be the higher influences to supporting effect, the secondary influences to bolt and anchor diameter. The results can provide some reference for the design of roadway support.
