摘  要:以宽沟煤矿E1122综放工作面为工程背景,针对特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面长度长、顶板坚硬、初次放顶很容易造成大面积悬顶等一系列安全隐患,对特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面采用三巷超前中深孔预爆破初次放顶方法及关键参数选择进行了设计。该技术方案在顶煤回收、消除顶板大面积来压安全隐患等方面取得预期效果,实现了E1122综放工作面初采期间的安全、高效生产。In the engineering background of E1122 full-mechanized caving coal face in Kuangou coal mine, in view of the special thick seam full-mechanized caving coal face length is long, hard roof, the first caving is easy to cause the large overhang and a series of safety problems, adopt the special thick coal seam full-mechanized caving coal faces three lane ahead of deep hole blasting in the first caving method and selection of key parameters in the design. The technology scheme in the top-coal recovery, eliminating potential safety hazard, etc the roof area to achieve the desired effect, achieved E1122 during the preliminary extraction in the safe and efficient production of full-mechanized caving coal face.
