摘 要:以选煤厂细粒煤泥为研究对象,分析了该煤泥的煤质特征。探索了搅拌强度、药剂配比与用量、浮选浓度3个操作因素对浮选结果的影响,结果表明该煤泥属于典型的易浮难选煤泥,一次浮选很难得到低灰分的精煤产品。采用粗选+粗精煤再选工艺,可有效降低精煤产品的灰分,但是需要以牺牲浮选精煤产率作为代价,最终得到精煤产率44.37%,精煤灰分10.45%的分选指标。The analysis discussed the fine coal quality characteristics from coal preparation plant. Based on results of stirring intensity and reagent consumption and pulp concentration testes, can find this coal sample was a typical easy flotation but hard separation fine coal. Could not gain the low ash clean coal buy one flotation process. The ash content of clean coal could be effective reduced by roughing and coarse clean coal recleaning process, but the concentrated yield was lower. Through the once coarse and once cleaning flotation flowsheet, can gain the clean coal with the ash of 10.45% and the yield of 44.37% at last.
