摘 要:为了解圆弧波浪形筛板使用后原煤质量情况是否符合选煤要求,分别对原直条型筛板和圆弧波浪式筛板进行了筛分试验和沉浮试验,并对2种筛板应用过程中的原煤粒度组成和密度组成进行对比分析。数据结果显示,2种筛板筛分原煤的粒度分布、灰分基本稳定,原煤的密度组成也并未发生变化,证明了圆弧波浪形筛板筛分的原煤质量符合选煤系统要求,为后续研究提供前提保障。To understand the quality of the raw coal after transforming, both of screening test and test of ups and downs are arranged for the original straight plate and the improvement of arc wave plate, and than coal particle size and the density of two kinds of sieve plate were analyzed. The results show that the use of coal particle size distribution before and after the arc wave plate, the basic stability of coal ash composition, density did not change, results show that the quality of raw coal with coal selection requirements, which provided a prerequisite for subsequent research.
