摘 要:以六盘水矿区的煤矸石为原料,采用酸浸的方法提取其中的铝铁元素合成了水处理剂PAFS,并用酸浸滤渣合成了P型分子筛。研究结果表明:将洗矸350℃低温氧化2 h,用40%的硫酸按固液比1∶3.5在90℃酸浸4.5 h,再将滤渣于750℃焙烧2 h,用一次酸浸液进行酸浸。最终铝铁浸溶率分别为73.91%、91.97%,用二次酸浸液合成的PAFS在24 h的去浊率可达99.989%。将干燥后的滤渣与氢氧化钠按质量比1∶1.1混合研磨均匀,于750℃碱融2 h,水淬,于60℃老化2.5 h,以95℃晶化7 h可合成结晶较好的P型分子筛。The gangue of Liupanshui mining area was taken as the main material, the aluminum and iron were extracted by acid leaching then compounded PAFS, and the residue was compounded P zeolite. The results of the research were obtained that the gangue was baking at 350℃ for 2 h, the sulfuric acid concentration was 40%, the soild-liquid ratio was 1:3.5, acid leaching at 90 ℃ for 4.5 h, the residue was baked at 750℃ and acid leaching by once filtrate. Finally the aluminum and iron removal ratio were 73.91% and 91.97%, after 24 h the removal of turbidity of the PAFS that compounded by twice filtrate was 99.989%. The residue was mixed with sodium hydroxide, the mass ratio was 1:1.1, alkali melted at 750℃ for 2 h, water quenched, aged at 60 ℃ for 2.5 h, crystallized at 95 ℃ for 7 h, finally the better crystal P zeolite was obtained.
