摘  要:糖尿病及其并发症严重威胁民众健康。多糖降血糖的作用主要通过促进胰岛素分泌、抗氧化、清除自由基、保护胰岛β细胞、调节糖代谢相关酶及升血糖激素、促进肝糖原合成、调节免疫功能等多种途径来实现。桑枝多糖、枸杞多糖、灵芝多糖等,均被动物实验证明有降血糖功效。但多糖的具体结构、临床应用仍有待进一步研究。本文就几种有代表性的多糖进行总结和阐述。Diabetes and its complications have serious impact on human health . Many researches focus on blood glucose-lowering effect of polysaccharides. The antidiabetic mechanisms of polysaccharides were through several pathways, including stimulating insulin secretion, antioxidation, scavenging free radicals, protecting pancreatic islet 13 cells, regulating the enzymes related to glucose metabolism, regulating hormones which can raise blood glucose, promoting synthesis of liver glycogen, and optimizing immune response. In this review, we focus on several typical polysaccharides. Ramulus mori polysaccharides, lycium barbarum polysaccharides and ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were all proved to have antidiabetic function in animal experiment. However, further researches are still requested to understand the detailed structure and clinical application of polysaccharides.
