摘  要:针对目前变电站监控系统分析的参数仍不够全面而造成的误报、漏报情况以及电力部门数据信息管理和数据分析功能不足的问题.本文UI系统采用ARM9为主芯片,移植Win CE嵌入式系统,使用.net和SQL Server CE等技术实现了实时多任务,能对各种环境下的各种故障危险做出及时稳定的多种报警提示,并能及时启动预防、解决危险的措施.实际应用证明,该系统具备遥测、遥控功能,信息系统的统一管理,人性化的人机交互界面.弥补了传统变电站采用定期检查和现场监测工作量大、危险性、实时性不够等不足之处.In current substation monitoring system,false positives and false negatives are reported to happen due to its in-comprehensive parameters for analysis. In the electric power department,there also exist the problems of insufficient informationization management and data analysis. In the UI system of this experiment,ARM9 was used as the main chip,a Win CE embedded system was transplanted. With. Net and SQL Server CE,a multi-task function was realized to alarm in various fault risk of different kinds of environment,and simultaneously start countermeasures for prevention and solution. The practical application showed that this system with its function of remote telemetry and control,unified management of information systems,and humanized page for human-computer interaction,solved the problems of abundant labor,high risk and not in time data in regular inspection and on-site monitoring encountered in traditional substation.
